- Start by registering for an account here
- Browse our selection of farm fresh cannabis, tasty edibles and potent concentrates here and select the items you’d like to purchase
- Once you’re satisfied, visit your cart and checkout
- Send us payment via Interac e-transfer
- Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Your Canna Fresh Green order will be shipped within 2-4 business days via Canada Post XpressPost shipping
We strive to ensure that your order is packaged and delivered with the utmost care. The contents of your package will be vacuum sealed and kept hidden to preserve your privacy and security.
We will not offer refunds or exchanges for any product to ensure your privacy and security as well as ours.

Unfortunately, we only offer our services within Canada.
If you order and send payment on the same day, we will process and prepare your order for shipment the next business day. Please send payment as soon as you make your order to expedite the delivery process.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost shipping – please keep in mind that Canada Post does not operate on the weekends.
To cancel, edit or add to an existing order, you will have to create a new order. Once you make a new order with us, we will cancel the old order as long as it has not been paid for already. You can also e-mail us at services.cannafreshgreen@gmail.com

Tell your friend to register with us!
- Once your friend registers for an account and has it approve, they’ll earn 250 points. After they make their first purchase through Canna Fresh Green, you’ll get a $25 (250 points) coupon sent you through your email send us an email that your friend made a purchase.
- If you do not receive your coupon, please contact customer support at services.cannafreshgreen@gmail.com . Please include your friend’s order number or e-mail address.
Every $1 you spend with CannaFreshGreen will earn you 1 point.
For every 10 points you collect, you’ll earn a $1 discount on any future order.
You can use your points by redeeming them at the Checkout page.

Payments & Fees FAQ
What types of payments does Canna Fresh Green accept?
We only accept Interac E-Transfers.
After you place an order, an invoice will be sent by us to your email. Everything you need to make an e-transfer will be found in this invoice.
We will only ship orders once payment has been sent.
5% GST is included on all orders. The checkout price will reflect this tax.
Orders below $120 will be charged $15.
Any order above $150 (after discounts have been applied) will have free shipping.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post Xpresspost shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
-NOTE- Those living in remote areas may experience a shipping delay of a few days.
When you pay for your order, your payment will be processed by our finance department in the order it is received. We strive to accept and process all payments the same day.
Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received it.
Once your order is prepared and sent out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We will keep your order on “hold” for 3 days. If there’s no payment received after 3 days then your order will be cancelled.

If your package has still not arrived 2 days past the expected delivery date please contact customer support at services.cannafreshgreen@gmail.com
There are 2 possible explanations

- The mailman has delivered your order to the wrong address/mailbox Check around your designated location to see if it was dropped off elsewhere. Sometimes, packages can be delivered to a community mailbox or a neighbouring house.
- The mailman has accidentally marked it as “Successfully Delivered.” You can expect your package to be delivered the next day.
All orders above $300 are required by Canada Post to be signed for.
Canna Fresh Green assumes no responsibility for order lost due to:
- Wrong address inputted
- Customer change of address/ residence
- Theft after delivery
- Damage to package by Postal Service
- Stolen packages after delivery.
